Well my first comments I would like to make about this show was that I didn’t get home until 5:00 A.M., when I woke up this morning I didn’t have a voice and I have lost 7lbs since the Sunday show. That should say it all but I know you want more, so here ya go.
Rusty bought me a VIP because we found out on Sunday that you get in 15mins before everyone else. (We were a little pissed about that on Sunday because we had been setting in line since like 10 that day) So the plan was to have me go in early and save Rusty a space when he got in. But, Jerry ..as awesome as he is ..got us another VIP for Rusty.
I have been to The Pageant before but I always seem to forget how uncomfortably tall the stage is my neck was hurting from looking up so much. We were where we usually are (on the rail in between Jerry and Coby) The show was just as great as the one on Sunday other than the fact that I had to be pulled out during “One Track Mind†And to be honest I am glad I did because it gave me a chance to see the crowd. They were nuts! I was watching the crowd more then Roach during some songs. It was pretty amazing.
Kicked in the teeth
one track mind
Getting away with murder
Born with nothing
To be loved
The opening bands for this tour is top notch. My Darkest Days and Skillet (which I have become a big fan of) have a ton of energy. I think that’s the reason why these crowds have been so rowdy this tour. They get them going way before Roach comes on. At the end of My Darkest Days set on Sunday the keyboard player jumped into the crowd.
SIDE NOTE: Apparently the members of My Darkest Days are …. Lets just say they are not afraid to take a girl into the bus. Me and Rusty seen the keyboard player and some girl going at it on some hay bails in front of a hotel before AND after the show.
This one would have been awesome without the gaurd
I think this one is pretty damn cool
This was after I was pulled out. That Is Rusty in the ball cap
